FAQ
What does your service and hourly fees include?
It includes my interpreting and consulting services indifferently.
How does the consultation work?
It includes all topics and it has no time limits. It can be done in person or online. You will receive a complete list of documents, appointments and procedures required to carry out the services you need. You will also receive a relocation map tailored to your specific needs that will allow you to more easily keep track of your relocation process altogether. You can check out a sample below.
Must I sign a contract?
Yes. It’s obligatory in order to hire relocation/residency service packages. You must sign a Spanish version per Uruguay’s contract law. A free sworn translation will be given to you. Check it out here.
What will be my proof of payment?
You will receive an e-Ticket confirming the payment you made with a QR verification code. Check out a sample here.
Which payment methods are available?
It depends on where you are located. People located overseas can send me a wire through PayPal, Western Union or a bank.¹ People living in Uruguay can send me a wire through RedPagos or Abitab.²
¹ International bank wires take several days to be approved and the receiving bank charges its own wire commission. Bank wires between Uruguayan accounts are quicker and only a single party must pay the wire commission.
² RedPagos and Abitab are very popular Uruguayan money collection and applications/appointment processing agencies similar to Western Union. They perform quick and easy wires (they accept foreign passports) at an inexpensive cost.
